摘要
针对1×75 m铸铁机关键设备使用寿命低、运行故障多等问题开展研究,分析了铸铁机罐修库一体化布置设计、铁水浇注方式、固定铁水槽、铸铁模结构设计及材质、存在的问题进行创新优化改进,配置了结构合理又紧凑的除尘系统,提高了铸铁机生产效率。
In view of the problems of low service life and many operation faults of the key equipment of 1×75 m iron casting machine, the integrated arrangement design of cast iron tank repair warehouse, the pouring mode of molten iron, the fixed iron sink, the structure design and material of cast iron die are analyzed, and the existing problems are innovated and optimized, and the dust removal system with reasonable and compact structure is arranged, which improves the production efficiency of iron casting machine.
