摘要
天津天钢联合特钢公司炼钢厂转炉区域现有除尘系统已无法满足环保要求,需要增建一套布袋除尘系统,将目前转炉区域所有无组织排放的粉尘进行集中收集,实现颗粒物达标排放。介绍了原有除尘系统的构成和缺点,对改造后除尘系统的技术要求、工艺流程、电控系统、除尘风机、气力输灰系统等。改造后的系统使用效果良好。
The existing dust removal system in converter area of Tianjin Tiangang United Special Steel Company has been unable to meet the requirements of environmental protection. It is necessary to build an additional bag dust removal system to collect all the unorganized dust discharged from the converter area at present so as to achieve the discharge of particles up to the standard. This paper introduces the composition and shortcomings of the original dust removal system, the technical requirements of the reformed dust removal system, the technological process, the electronic control system, the dust removal fan, the pneumatic ash transportation system and so on. The modified system has a good effect.
