桃红四物汤加减治疗脑出血的临床疗效

Effects of Taohong Siwu Decoction on the cerebral haemodynamics of cerebral hemorrhage patients

目的:探讨桃红四物汤加减治疗脑出血的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的104例脑出血患者,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予桃红四物汤加减治疗。观察并比较两组的临床疗效和血流动力学。结果:观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗前两组的血流动力学比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的血流动力学指标比较明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),且观察组的血流动力学指标明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:桃红四物汤加减治疗脑出血效果显著,并对改善血流动力学有一定作用,值得临床推广。

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect and hemodynamics of Taohong Siwu Decoction in cerebral infarction.Methods:104 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine treatment.The observation group was treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and hemodynamics of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in hemodynamics between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the hemodynamic indexes of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01),the hemodynamic indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Taohong Siwu Decoction has remarkable effect on cerebral infarction,and has certain effect on improving hemodynamics,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
