围手术期中医特色护理对髋关节置换术患者的效果观察

Observation on effects of perioperative TCM characteristic nursing on patients undergoing hip replacement

目的探究中医特色护理对老年人工髋关节置换术患者围手术期生活质量的效果。方法选取行人工髋关节置换术老年患者76例,随机分为研究组与对照组,对照组采用常规护理方法,研究组采用常规护理联合中医特色护理的方法,比较两组的恢复指标和患者满意度。结果在术后1个月,研究组FMA评分、Harris和SF-36量表评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);出院时,研究组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年患者人工髋关节置换围手术期中,采用中医特色护理,可有效促进患者康复,改善生活质量,提高临床疗效,患者的接受度好,值得推广采用。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing on the quality of life of elderly patients undergoing hip replacement during perioperative period. Methods 76 elderly patients undergoing artificial hip replacement were randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given routine nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing. The recovery indexes and patients’ satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results One month after operation, the FMA score, Harris score and SF-36 score of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05). At the time of discharge, the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the perioperative period of artificial hip joint replacement in elderly patients, the use of traditional Chinese medicine special care can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients, improve the quality of life, improve clinical efficacy, patient acceptance is good. It is worth popularizing.
