MoS2对Cu-Fe基摩擦材料高速下摩擦性能的影响

摘要 利用扫描电镜、万能试验机和MM1000-Ⅱ型摩擦磨损性能试验机研究了MoS 2含量对Cu-Fe基摩擦材料的物理力学性能和高速下摩擦磨损性能的影响.结果表明:MoS 2在烧结过程中并未分解,或未与其它组元发生反应.随着MoS 2含量的增加,摩擦材料的抗压强度、抗弯强度、剪切强度和体积密度逐渐下降,气孔率逐渐上升,摩擦系数和磨损量则呈现先降低后增加的变化趋势.添加MoS 2提高了材料的耐磨性能,摩擦系数和磨损量分别在MoS 2含量为4%和2%时达到最小值. The physical properties, mechanical properties and tribological properties of Cu-Fe based friction materials with mass fraction of 0%~8% MoS 2 were studied by using scanning electron microscope, universal testing machine and MM1000-Ⅱ friction and wear testing machine, respectively. It was found that MoS 2 does not decompose during the sintering process or react with other components. With the increase of content of MoS 2, the compressive strength, bending strength, shear strength and the density of the friction materials decrease, while the porosity increases, and the friction coefficient and the wear loss decline initially and then increase. The addition of MoS 2 improves the wear resistance of materials, and the friction coefficient and the wear loss reach the minimum values when the mass fraction of MoS 2 is 4% and 2%, respectively.
