防水系统服务商倡导一体化设计施工,但其缺乏相应防水二次设计能力。通过分析某高校项目中防水系统承包的问题,阐述了现阶段主流防水企业一体化供应机制的弊端。目前防水企业行业自律性还较差,缺乏有效的监管,制约了建筑防水工程系统承包的健康发展。重新梳理了防水系统工程与总承包的关系,提出了若干建议,以保障防水系统工程质量。

Waterproofing system service providers advocate integrated design and construction,but they lack corresponding secondary design ability.Through analyzing the contracting problems of the waterproofing system of some university project,the article elaborates the disadvantages of the integrated supply mechanism of the main waterproofing enterprises nowadays.At present waterproofing enterprises'self-discipline is quite poor,and there is no effective supervision.The healthy development of building waterproofing system contracting is restricted.The article teases out the relationship between the waterproofing system and the general contractor again and puts forward some proposals to guarantee the quality of waterproofing system.
