“一带一路”倡议深刻反映了中国对其与世界“相互依存”关系的全新认识,体现了追求和平发展与合作共赢,推动构建人类命运共同体的新型大国观。“一带一路”倡议提出了具有引领性意义的高质量共同发展观,在实践中形成了以“互联互通”为关键,通过经济合作打造利益共同体进而推动责任共同体、命运共同体建设的逻辑进路,并在战略对接、规划对接、合作机制的创新等操作层面进行了有益探索。“一带一路”倡议注重国内外政府、企业、社会力量的有机结合,在理论层面系统地回答了中国作为新型大国的基本主张、使命担当、路径选择、具体策略以及依靠力量等问题,为中国日益走向世界舞台中央和作为新型大国的生成作出了重要理论准备。

The proposal of One Belt and One Road (the PBR) profoundly reflects the new understanding of the mutual reliance relations between China and the rest of the world. It embodies a new type of relationship between major powers that pursues peaceful development and win-win cooperation and constructs a community of shared future for mankind. The PBR has proposed leading concept of high quality and common development. In practice, The PBR has formed a logical approach to building the interest community through economic cooperation and promoting the construction of the responsibility community and the community of shared future for mankind through the key to connectivity, and has carried out effective exploration in the other operational aspects. The PBR emphasizes the integration of governments, enterprises and social forces at home and abroad. It systematically answers the issues such as the basic proposition, commitment and responsibility, path choice, specific strategy and relied forces of China which is emerging as a new type of great power. It has made important theoretical preparations for moving towards the center of the world and as a new type of great power.
