摘要
缺血性脑卒中因其较高的发病率、致残率、致死率及复发率,已成为全球性的公共健康问题,且其病因及发病机制复杂。多模态MRI及CT技术可以为临床个体化治疗提供更多有价值的信息。本文重点综述了缺血性脑卒中的病因学及当前应用于缺血性脑卒中的影像学方法,以寻求有效的诊断方法,对缺血性脑卒中患者进行早期诊断,改善患者的预后。
Ischemic stroke has become a global public health problem due to its high morbidity, mortality and recurrence rate, and its etiology and pathogenesis are complex. Multimodal MRI and CT techniques can provide more valuable information for clinical individualized treatment. This article reviews the etiology of ischemic stroke and imaging methods currently used in ischemic stroke in order to find effective diagnostic methods, early diagnosis of ischemic stroke patients and to improve the prognosis of patients.
