中国政治学话语体系构建中的坚守与超越

Persistence and Transcendence in the Construction of Chinese Political Science Discourse System

中国政治学作为西学东渐的产物,在发展中始终存在西方话语体系垄断倾向和丧失话语权的隐患。原因就在于近代以来一直追求的从借鉴西方话语体系向构建本土话语体系转换步履维艰。中国共产党在此过程中始终立足国情,坚持马克思主义指导,使中国的政治及学术自主性这一根本一直被坚守着。新时代应在此基础上从话语体系的根本、常识、范式等内在逻辑出发,紧密结合新时代中国特色社会主义思想,在理念、原则、方法上遵循学术研究普遍性规律,古今中外兼收并蓄,形成立足中国政治语境并符合时代潮流的自主性、原创性成果,以此构建富有中国特色的本土话语体系,为人类发展贡献中国智慧。

Chinese political science is a product of Western learning and the monopolistic tendency of the western discourse system and the hidden danger of losing the right to speak have always existed in its development. The reason lies in the difficulty in transforming from the western discourse system to the local discourse system that we have been pursuing since modern times. In this process, the Communist Party of China always bases itself on the national conditions and adheres to the guidance of Marxism, so that China's political and academic autonomy has always been upheld. On this basis, the new era should proceed from the fundamentals, common sense, paradigm and other internal logic of the discourse system, combine the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and follow the universal law of academic research in terms of ideas, principles, and methods, both ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign. Based on the autonomy and originality of the trend of the times in China's political context, we will build a local discourse system with Chinese characteristics and contribute Chinese wisdom to human development.
