The Community of a Shared Future for Mankind: Theoretical Orientation, Inheritance and Characteristics——From the Perspective of Marxist Epistemology

人类命运共同体理念是中国共产党人将我们所处的“新时代”放置在马克思主义所指认的共同体演进的语言系统中进行解读的产物,其实质是一种全球治理的马克思主义实践观念,其理论使命是在批判、否定与扬弃现实的同时积极创造未来。这一理念在“事实界—可能界—价值界”的动态生成过程中处处体现出对马克思主义的承继:依托辩证思维把握全球化及其本质规律,依托“分娩论”与“逆向研究法”发现新世界秩序的“潜在”,依托马克思主义需要理论创建实践观念,依托全球治理的现实实践推动实践观念的自我检验、修正、调整与完善。在“理论观念—实践观念”的形态跃迁过程中,它还展现出诸多理论特质:认识内容的综合统一性与系统开放性,认识功能的实践趋向性与现实超越性,认识资源上的中华优秀传统文化色彩。人类命运共同体理念是我们应当长期坚守并努力使其取得现实形式的马克思主义实践观念。

The community of a shared future for mankind is a theoretical concept created by putting “the new era” in the Marxist community evolution language system for interpretation. Its essence is a Marxist practical concept of global governance. Its theoretical mission is to actively create the future while criticizing, negating and discarding the reality. This idea embodies the inheritance of Marxism in the dynamic process of “fact-possibility-value circle”: grasping globalization and its essential law by relying on dialectical thinking, discovering socialism “potential” by relying on the “theory of childbirth” and the “reverse research method”, creating practical concept by relying on Marxist needs theory, and promoting self-examination, amendment, adjustment and perfection of practical ideas by relying on practice. It also shows many theoretical characteristics: the comprehensive unity of cognitive content and the openness of the system;the practical tendency and transcendence of cognitive function;and the strong Chinese excellent traditional cultural color in cognitive resources. In general, the concept of a community of a shared future for mankind is a Marxist practical concept that we should stick to and whose realistic forms we should strive to achieve.
