“单位意识”是“单位人”在相对封闭的单位组织中形成的一种普遍的、具有同质性的观念和习性,以“单位人”对单位组织的依附性作为主要特征。“单位意识”是在特定体制环境中,单位组织主观引导和“单位人”内化与互动过程中形成的,单位组织内部不断运用多重手段对“单位人”的观念和习性进行积极方向的形塑,其中“单位文艺”因组织策划易于把控,表现形式多样,内容易于职工群众接受而成为“单位意识”形塑的重要手段。

“DanWei Consciousness” is a universal and homogenous concept and habit formed by “People in DanWei” in relatively closed organizations. It is mainly characterized by the dependence of “People in DanWei” on organizations. With the development of the system, it has gradually formed a complex formation with multiple ideological tendencies, such as collectivism, equalitarianism, blindness, and conservatism. The “DanWei Consciousness” has been formed in the process of subjective guidance of organizations and internalization and interaction of “People in DanWei” in a specific historical environment. The DanWei constantly uses multiple ways to shape the concept and habits of “People in DanWei” in a positive direction. Among them,“literature and art” has become a significant way for the formation of “Danwei Consciousness” because it is easy to control in the planning process, it has various forms of expression, and the content of it is easily accepted by the masses of workers.
