全面深化改革是一场关乎国家前途和人民幸福的伟大革命。中国通过多年的改革实践实现了从站起来到富起来和强起来的历史性飞跃,社会主义道路、理论、制度、文化的中国特色日益彰显并在世界范围内得到广泛认可,中国特色社会主义进入新时代,但经济社会发展领域依然存在一些生态问题。在全面深化改革的实践中,必须厘清并遵循改革的生态原则与要求:以生态保护为底线,在改革中推进生态建设,增进生态公平,促进生态发展,推动中国特色社会主义生态文明建设和中国特色社会主义事业不断向前发展。

The comprehensively deepening reform is a great revolution concerning the future of the country and the well-being of its people. China has made a historic leap from standing up to getting rich and strong by years of reform. The Chinese characteristics of socialist road, theory, system and culture are increasingly manifested and widely recognized all over the world. The socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, but there are still some ecological problems in the field of economic and social development. In the practice of comprehensively deepening reform, we must clarify and follow the ecological principles and requirements of reform. Therefore, we must take ecological protection as the bottom line, promoting ecological construction, improving ecological equity and promoting ecological development in the process of reform. Finally, we will continue to push forward the construction of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics and the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
