摘要
不同于常规的静热复合试验静力加载需求,本文针对试验需求中响应速度快,位置控制精确,多点多域小载荷分布加载,按真实飞行历程实现静热同步加载,通过对多轴伺服运动控制技术的研究与应用,设计了基于Kollmorgen伺服运动控制的静力加载系统。进行了最小系统的搭建与调试,并在MOOG Smartest航空测试控制系统中,按正式试验给出飞行谱完成了试验控制,验证了系统设计的正确性,试验的安全保护、应急等功能,测控精度大大高于液压伺服加载,具有较高的可靠性和拓展性。
Aiming at the characteristics of fast response, accurate position control, distributed loading of multi-point and multi-area, and synchronized thermal-mechanical loading based on real flight history, which are different from conventional static loading requirements in thermal-mechanical test, this paper designs a static loading system based on Kollmorgen servo motion control through the research and application of servo motion control technology. Small system is established and debugged, flight loading spectrum is given in MOOG Smartest aviation test control system, and test control is conducted. The results show that the system design is correct, security protection and emergency functions are valid, the measurement and control accuracies are much higher than that of hydraulic servo loading system, and the present system has strong reliability and expansibility.
