摘要
为解决手工操作细间距表贴器件搪锡及除金成品率低的问题,开发了基于机器视觉的表贴器件自动化搪锡系统,介绍了自动化搪锡系统的设计方案、硬件系统与软件系统。为实现自动化,采用图像处理的方法,自动获取器件的外形尺寸,采用Canny算子进行边缘检测,重点介绍了引脚长度的测量方法。为解决短路的问题,采用六轴机器人执行搪锡的动作,避免了手工搪锡精度低、抖动的问题。对该系统的测试表明,该系统能满足引脚间距0.5mm及以上表贴器件搪锡与除金工艺要求。
In the process of manual tinning operation for surface-mounted fine-pitch devices, there is a problem of poor rate of finished products. In order to satisfy the quality of tin enameling and gold removal, automatic tinning system for surface mounting components based on machine vision is developed. This paper introduced the design scheme, hardware system and software system of the automatic tinning system. In order to achieve automation, the image processing method is adopted to automatically acquire the external dimensions of the device and the canny operator is used for edge detection. The measurement method of the pin length is mainly introduced in this article. In order to solve the problem of short circuit, the six-axis robot is used to perform the action of tin enameling, which avoids the problem of low precision and jitter of hand-held device enamel. Tests on the system show that the system can meet the requirements of tin and gold removal processes for surface mount devices with pin pitches of 0.5mm and above.
