国际化办学模式下大学生思想政治教育管理机制研究

A Study on Management Mechanism for Ideological and Political Education of College Students in the Mode of International Education Cooperation

当前高校随着国际化办学的日益加大,国际交流已经成为大学生人才培养中的重要环节之一。文章针对当前对外交流的大学生思想政治教育和管理中出现的问题,提出了建立行前-行中-行后的教育管理长效机制,发挥党支部战斗堡垒作用,进一步加强对参加国际交流大学生的思想政治教育,为夯实高校思政工作提供保障。

With the increasing internationalization of colleges and universities, international exchange has become one of the important links in the cultivation of college students'talents. In view of the problems in the ideological and political education and management of university students in the current foreign exchange, this paper puts forward the establishment of a long-term mechanism of education and management before, during and after the implementation, giving play to the role of the fighting fortress of the Party branch, further strengthening the ideological and political education of university students participating in international exchanges, and ensuring the consolidation of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.
