运用TRX强化警校生核心肌群的教学实验研究

摘要 目的:探讨12周TRX与器械抗阻训练对警校生核心肌群的训练效果。方法:本研究以南京森林警察学院60名男生为研究对象,以随机方式分为TRX训练组30名(TRX组)及器械抗阻训练组30名(ART组),两组各接受12周,每周2次,每次90min的训练课程,所有受试者于训练前后检测腹、背肌肌力,腹、背肌等长肌耐力。结果:经配对样本T检验,发现TRX组在腹肌肌力、背肌肌力、腹肌等长肌耐力有显著进步(P<0.05),ART组在腹肌肌力、背肌肌力有显著进步(P<0.05)。结论:TRX训练与ART训练对核心肌群训练效果皆有显著进步,但TRX训练对核心肌群的效果优于ART训练。 Purpose: To investigate the effect of 12-week TRX and ART training on the core muscle group of police school students. Methods: 60 male students from Nanjing Forest Police College were randomly divided into TRX group (30 cases) and ART group(30 cases). Each group received a 90-minute training course twice a week for 12 weeks. The abdominal and dorsal muscles, abdominal and dorsal muscles were measured before and after training. Results: The T test of matched samples showed that the tolerance of abdominal muscle, dorsal muscle and abdominal muscle in TRX group was significantly improved (P<0.05), and that of abdominal muscle and dorsal muscle in ART group was significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion: Both TRX training and ART training have significant improvement on the training effect of core muscle group, but TRX training is better than ART training.
