摘要 目的:研究布渣叶中无机元素的含量及分布特征。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法,对10批布渣叶样品中28个无机元素进行定量分析,并采用SPSS主成分分析和聚类分析对测定结果进行评价。结果:主成分分析提取了6个主因子,得出布渣叶的特征元素为56Fe、57Fe、Ti、Be、Ba、Ga;聚类分析将10批布渣叶样品聚为3大类,无机元素在不同布渣叶样品中存在差异。结论:该方法灵敏度高、准确性好,适用于布渣叶中无机元素的含量测定;主成分分析和聚类分析法是分析布渣叶中无机元素含量的有效方法。 Objective:To study the distribution character of inorganic elements in M.paniculata.Methods:The content of 28 inorganic elements in 10 samples of M.paniculata was determined by ICP-MS with the results were evaluated by SPSS cluster analysis and principal component analysis.Results:Six principal components were extracted from the original data.The principal component analysis results show that 56 Fe,57 Fe,Ti,Be,Ba and Ga may be the characteristic elements in M.paniculata.The results of cluster analysis show that10 samples could be clustered reasonably into three groups,and the content of inorganic elements have difference in different samples.Conclusion:The method is sensitive and accurate,which could be used to determinate the content of the inorganic elements in M.paniculata.The principal component analysis and cluster analysis could be effectively applied in data analysis of inorganic elements.
