腹诊推拿配合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效研究

The Effect of Massage Combined with Acupuncture and Traction on Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察腹诊推拿配合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效。方法:将142例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组(71例)及对照组(71例)。对照组患者行常规牵引治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上行推拿联合针灸治疗。观察并比较两组的临床疗效,治疗前后的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分及炎症指标(TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β)、免疫指标(IgM、IgG、补体C3)水平。结果:治疗组总有效率(97.18%)显著高于对照组(70.42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者VAS、ODI评分及炎症指标、免疫指标水平均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),其中治疗组患者VAS、ODI评分及TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β、IgM、IgG、补体C3水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹诊推拿联合针灸及牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症有利于降低患者炎症指标水平,促进免疫指标改善,可缓解疼痛程度,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To observe the effect of massage combined with acupuncture and traction on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 142 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group(n=71)and control group(n=71).The control group was treated with routine traction,and the treatment group was treated with massage combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,pain and functional scores,inflammation markers(TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1β)and immune markers(IgM,IgG and complement C3)were observed in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group(97.18%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.42%),with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the above indicators were improved in both groups.Among them,the treatment group showed lower VAS scores,ODI scores,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1β,IgM,IgG,and complement C3 levels than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of returning massage,acupuncture and traction for lumbar disc herniation is beneficial to lowering the level of inflammation in patients,improving the immune index,relieving the pain and improving the therapeutic effect.
