薰衣草花瓣、川芎精油的提取及成分分析

Extraction and component analysis of essential oil from lavender petals and ligusticum wallichii

中草药在治病和调理身体方面非常重要,而且廉价易得。精油在我们的医药保健、抗菌、化妆品、美容、食品添加剂、粘合剂等方面有重要的作用。用水蒸汽蒸馏法从薰衣草花瓣、川芎中提取精油,并计算提取率及对所提取的薰衣草精油和川芎精油通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行成分分析,得出其主要的成分。本文所得结果进一步丰富了薰衣草和川芎的内容,为增加对薰衣草、川芎的开发利用提供理论依据。

Chinese herbs are cheap and readily available for healing and conditioning the body. Essential oils play an important role in medicine, health care, antibacterial, cosmetics,cosmetology, food additives, adhesives, and so on. The essential oil was extracted from lavender petal and ligusticum wallichii by distillation, the extraction rate was calculated, and the main components of lavender essential oil and ligusticum wallichii essential oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results in this paper further enriched the contents of lavender and ligusticum wallichii, and provided a theoretical basis for expanding the development and utilization of lavender and ligusticum wallichii.
