荧光光谱法测定水杨酸条件的改进探究 被引量:3

摘要 目前,荧光光谱法测定水杨酸实验项目中溶剂的类型及助剂浓度对荧光强度影响较大,测量结果误差较大,以及相对稳定的极性溶剂,在实验操作过程中存在较大安全隐患和一定危害。针对这种情况,本项目对荧光光谱法测定水杨酸的测定条件进行了探究和改进。通过单因素实验和正交试验考察溶剂类型和助剂浓度对测量结果的影响,进行误差分析,分析水杨酸含量测量的精确度,并从中选择荧光光谱法测定水杨酸含量精确度较高、稳定性好且较安全的测定条件体系。实验结果对仪器分析实验教学改革具有重要的现实意义。 In view of the fact that the types of solvents and the concentration of additives have great influence on the fluorescence intensity, and the measurement results have large errors, and the relatively stable polar solvents have great potential safety hazards and certain hazards in the experimental operation process in the current experiment project for the determination of salicylic acid by fluorescence spectrometry.In this project, the determination conditions of salicylic acid by fluorescence spectrometry were explored and improved. Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the effects of solvent type and additive concentration on the measurement results were investigated, error analysis was carried out, and the accuracy of salicylic acid content measurement was ana- lyzed. The determination condition system with high accuracy, good stability and safety for salicylic acid content determination by fluorescence spectrometry was selected.The experimental results are of great practical significance to the reform ofinstrumental analysis experimental teaching.
