摘要
红透山铜矿破碎系统使用弹簧圆锥破碎机,设备老化严重,破碎效率低下,处理能力明显下降,无法满足选厂的生产需求。采用CC400F型液压圆锥破碎机代替原细碎PYD1750和PYD1650标准弹簧圆锥破碎机,将原两段一闭路破碎系统改造为细碎前有检查筛分的两段一闭路破碎系统,筛孔尺寸由14mm改为12mm,改造后不仅降低了破碎作业能耗和产品细度,还提高了生产能力和破碎效率,大幅节约了生产时间,实现了选厂节能降耗。改造经验对于其他类似选厂破碎系统的优化具有参考价值。
The spring cone crusher is used in the crushing system of Hongtoushan copper mine, the equipment is seriously aging, the crushing efficiency is low, the processing capacity is obviously reduced, and the production demand of the plant cannot be met. Using CC400F hydraulic cone crusher instead of PYD1750 and PYD1650 standard spring cone crusher, the original two-stage and one-closed-circuit crushing system was transformed into two-stage and one-closed-circuit crushing system with screening before fine crushing, sieve hole size changed from 14 mm to 12 mm, after modification, not only energy consumption and product fineness of crushing operation are reduced, but also production capacity and crushing efficiency are improved, the production time has been greatly saved, and the energy saving and consumption reduction of the concentrator have been realized. The transformation experience has reference value for the optimization of crushing system in other similar concentrators.
