摘要
本文依据煤矿机械齿轮传动系统故障发生的随机性和不确定性对其进行寿命评价体系研究,对煤矿机械的故障发生进行预测,以便合理安排停机维修,减少故障损失,避免维修不足和维修过剩,保证煤矿机械的连续运行与安全生产,对其他煤矿机械系统传动齿轮的寿命评价具有一定借鉴意义。
Based on the randomness and uncertainty of gear transmission system failure in coal mine machinery, the life evaluation system of gear transmission system is studied in this paper, prediction of coal mine machinery faults, reasonable arrangement of shutdown maintenance, reduction of failure losses, avoidance of insufficient maintenance and excess maintenance, ensuring the continuous operation and safe production of coal mine machinery, has a certain reference significance for the life evaluation of transmission gears of other coal mine machinery systems.
