摘要
在煤流输送系统能量效率方面的研究中,围绕着输送系统控制方式展开节能问题的探讨一直是一个热门话题。本文以矿山实际生产中多级输送系统为例,通过搭建顺煤流控制框图,进行相应的节能控制实验,重点研究了以多级速度控制为基础的输送机节能方式。
In the study of energy efficiency of coal flow conveying system, it has been a hot topic to discuss energy saving around the control mode of conveying system. In this paper, the multi-stage conveying system in the actual production of mines is taken as an example, by setting up the control block diagram of coal flow, conduct corresponding energy-saving control experiments, the energy-saving mode of conveyor based on multi-stage speed control is emphatically studied.
