摘要
小西煤矿三阶段胶带下山作为煤矿的重要运输通道,确保其巷道稳定较为重要。通过现场勘查分析,得到了影响胶带下山稳定的主要因素是支护设计不合理性、地下水影响、水平应力较大、抽采瓦斯与开采扰动影响等。结合深部巷道围岩支护特点,设计了高强度让压锚索槽钢梁+锚网喷支护方式,有效适应了深部巷道围岩的“给定变形”,通过现场应用情况来看,取得了较好的支护效果。
Xiaoxi coal mine three-stage belt downhill as an important transportation channel of coal mine, it is more important to ensure the stability of its roadway. Through on-site investigation and analysis, it is concluded that the main factors affecting the stability of downhill belt are unreasonable support design, influence of groundwater, large horizontal stress, influence of gas extraction and mining disturbance, etc. Combined with the characteristics of surrounding rock support in deep roadway, design of high-strength yielding anchor cable channel steel beam+bolt-mesh-spurting supporting mode, effectively adapted to the “given deformation” of surrounding rock of deep roadway, from the point of view of field application, good supporting effect has been achieved.
