降低低合金高强钢结晶器液面波动的工艺实践 被引量:1

摘要 结合马钢四钢轧实际生产情况,分析了影响低合金高强钢结晶器液面波动的主要原因为鼓肚、保护渣变性、设备精度。通过采取增加二次冷却强度、调整保护渣物性参数、保证扇形段对弧精度以及降低二冷水喷嘴堵塞等措施,结晶器液面波动幅度超过5mm的比例由3.09%降低为0.64%,显著降低了低合金高强钢的结晶器液面波动,提升了铸坯的质量。 Reduce the mold level fluctuation is great effect to improve the slab quality. According the production process of MA steel No.4 plant, Bulge, Properties of mod flux changed and Equipment accuracy are the main reasons caused mold level fluctuation. Through the process practice like increase secondary Cooling water, optimization mold power property, ensure the segment alignment and gap accuracy and reduce nozzle clogging, then the ratio of mold level fluctuation is decreased from 3.09% to 0.64%, mold level fluctuation of low alloy high strength steel was significantly reduced , effectively improve the quality of slab.
