埃斯科特钢公司二分厂主要生产汽车用紧固件冷镦钢丝,在生产过程中大规格的ML40Cr热轧材球化退火效果不理想,球化等级3级,不能满足国标要求,通过优化工艺,两次升温球化,球化等级达到4级,满足国标要求。

The Cold heading steel wire of Fasteners for cars were producted in the second branch factory of Masco special steel co. LTD.The spheroidizing annealing effect of ML40Cr hot rolled material is not ideal in production.Spherification grade is level 3. And it can not meet the requirements of the chinese standard.By optimizing the process, the spheroidization was achieved twice, and the spheroidization grade reached level 4, meeting the requirements of the national standard.
