摘要
为研究生物制剂在海湾扇贝育苗过程中的作用,采用了1 m3体积的槽子培养扇贝幼体,设置1个对照组(1个槽子),试验组分为2组,一组添加生物制剂15B(4个槽子),另一组添加生物制剂18A(4个槽子)。通过记录比较海湾扇贝苗的生长速率、死亡率、变态率等以分析生物制剂对海湾扇贝育苗的作用与价值。结果表明,同一育苗条件下,生物制剂18A组较对照组的体长大10~20μm,生物制剂15B组较对照组的体长大20~30μm。生物制剂18A和生物制剂15B能促进海湾扇贝苗种的生长发育,并且降低死亡率,可为海湾扇贝育苗提供参考。
In order to study the effect of biological agents on the breeding of bay scallops,scallop larvae was bred using a tank with the volume of 1m3,and a group of control(1 tank)was set.The experimental groups included 2 treatments,one was added biological preparation 15B (4 tanks),and the other one was added biological agent 18A (4 tanks).The effect of biological agents on the breeding of bay scallops was analyzed by comparing the growth rate,mortality rate,and metamorphosis rate of bay scallops.The results showed that,under the same seedling conditions, the bay scallops of treatment added biological agent 18A were 10-20 μm larger than that of the control,and the bay scallops of treatment added biological agent 15B were 20-30 μm larger than that of the control.The biological agents 18A and 15B can promote the growth and development of bay scallop larvae,reduce mortality,and provide references for the bay scallop breeding.
