摘要 本文阐明了MOOC的教学特点,结合茶叶感官审评课程的现状及特点,探讨了在茶叶感官审评课程体系中引入MOOC教学模式的可行性,并提出了基于MOOC的教学新模式改革的具体措施,以期为茶学专业教学效果的提高提供参考。 This paper clarified the teaching characteristics of MOOC,discussed the feasibility of introducing MOOC teaching mode in the tea sensory evaluation curriculum system based on the status and characteristics of the tea sensory evaluation course.It also put forward the concrete implementation of the new mode of teaching reform based on MOOC,in order to provide reference for the improvement of the teaching effect of tea speciality.
