摘要
在信息通讯技术推动社会变革的时代背景下,公民需要具备基本的ICT素养才能更好地适应来自未来社会的挑战。2()19年5月,经济合作与发展组织(OECD)发布名为《更新PISA2021的ICT问卷项目》的工作报告,通过对其内容进行分析,梳理得到PISA2021中ICT素养测试的基本框架、具体内容以及问卷编制,这对我国ICT素养评估有重要借鉴。
In the context of ICTs driving social change, citizens need to have basic ICT literacy to better adapt to the challenges of coming from the future. In May 2019, the OECD released a work report entitled "Upgrading the ICT questionnaire items in PISA 2021". This can provide theoretical support for China's ICT literacy assessment. By analyzing its content, we obtained the basic framework, specific content and questionnaire preparation of ICT literacy test in PISA2021. This useful enlightenment for China's ICT literacy assessment includes three aspects.
