根本原因分析法在危重症患者血液净化中的应用效果

Application effect of root cause analysis method in blood purification of critically ill patients

目的探讨根本原因分析法在危重症患者血液净化中的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年5月至2018年5月接受血液净化治疗的危重症患者118例为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用常规护理管理,试验组采用根本原因分析法,比较两组患者不良事件发生率。结果试验组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论危重症患者血液净化中应用根本原因分析法,可有效预防及减少不良事件的发生,保证患者安全。

Objective To explore the application effect of root cause analysis method in blood purification of critically ill patients.Methods To select 118 cases of critically ill patients who underwent blood purification treatment from May 2013 to May 2018 in our hospital as a study object.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was used routine nursing management.The experimental group was used root cause analysis method.Comparing the incidence of adverse events in the two groups of patients.Results The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The root cause analysis method in blood purification of critically ill patients could effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of adverse events and ensure patient safety.
