PDCA循环护理在慢性淋巴细胞白血病患者PICC中的应用

Application of PDCA cycle nursing in PICC of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia

目的探讨PDCA循环护理在慢性淋巴细胞白血病患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年5月于我院PICC置管的慢性淋巴细胞白血病患者57例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予PDCA循环护理。比较两组患者置管情况和并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的一次性穿刺成功率明显高于对照组,导管移位发生率和导管堵塞率明显低于对照组,导管留置时间明显长于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性淋巴细胞白血病患者PICC中应用PDCA循环护理,能有效提升一次性穿刺成功率,减少导管移位发生率和导管堵塞率,延长导管留置时间,降低并发症发生率,值得应用和推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle nursing in peripherally inserted central venous catheters(PICC)of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia.Methods To select 57cases of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia who were placed in the PICC of our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 as a study object.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission.The control group was received routine nursing.PDCA cycle nursing was given in the observation group.The catheterization and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of one-time puncture of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The incidence of catheter displacement and the rate of catheter occlusion were significantly lower than those in the control group.The catheter indwelling time was significantly longer than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle nursing in PICC of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia could effectively improve the success rate of one-time puncture, reduce the incidence of catheter displacement and catheter occlusion rate, prolong catheter indwelling time and reduce the incidence of complications,which was worthy of application and promotion.
