疗养院老年疗养员慢性疼痛的影响因素及防护措施

Influencing factors and protective measures of chronic pain in elderly convalescents in nursing homes

目的探讨疗养院老年疗养员慢性疼痛的影响因素,并提出相应防护措施。方法选取2017年12月至2018年12月我院收治的91名老年疗养员作为研究对象,其中有15名(16.48%)疗养员存在慢性疼痛作为疼痛组,76名(83.52%)疗养员无慢性疼痛作为未疼痛组,采用多因素logistic回归分析模型确定老年疗养员慢性疼痛的影响因素。结果影响疗养院老年疗养员慢性疼痛的单因素包括:性别、婚姻状况、月收入水平、曾任职业、慢性病种数量;多因素logistic回归分析显示,性别、曾任职业、慢性病种数量为独立危险因素。结论性别、曾任职业、慢性病种数量为导致疗养院老年疗养员慢性疼痛的独立危险因素,针对影响因素采用必要防护措施非常重要。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of chronic pain in elderly convalescents in nursing homes, and propose corresponding protective measures.Methods We selected 91 elderly convalescents admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 as a study object.Among them, 15(16.48%) convalescents had chronic pain as a pain group, and 76(83.52%) convalescents had no chronic pain as a non-pain group.The multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to determine the influencing factors of chronic pain in elderly convalescents.Results The single factors affecting chronic pain in elderly convalescents in nursing homes included gender, marital status, monthly income level, previous occupation, and number of chronic diseases.Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the gender, previous occupation, and the number of chronic diseases were independent risk factors affecting chronic pain for elderly convalescents in nursing homes.Conclusion The gender, previous occupation, and the number of chronic diseases ,which were independent risk factors of chronic pain for convalescents in nursing homes.It was very important to take necessary protective measures for the influencing factors.
