品管圈活动对全膝关节置换术患者护理依从性与满意度的影响

Effect of quality control circle activity on nursing compliance and satisfaction of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty

目的探讨品管圈活动对全膝关节置换术患者护理依从性及满意度的影响。方法选择我院2017年9月至2018年9月收治的行全膝关节置换术患者60例作为研究对象,将其随机等分成对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取品管圈活动,比较两组患者的护理依从性及满意度。结果观察组患者的护理依从性、满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动在全膝关节置换术患者术后护理中的应用,可提高其护理依从性和满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle activity on nursing compliance and satisfaction of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty.Methods To select 60 cases of patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 as a study object.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was received routine nursing and the observation group was adopted quality control circles activities.The nursing compliance and satisfaction of patients in the two group.Results The nursing compliance and satisfaction of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control circle activity in postoperative nursing of patients with total knee arthroplasty could improve their nursing compliance and satisfaction.
