初乳口腔免疫治疗联合口腔吞咽训练对早产儿经口喂养的影响

Effect of colostrum oral immunotherapy combined with oral swallowing training on oral feeding of premature infants

目的探讨初乳口腔免疫治疗联合口腔吞咽训练对早产儿经口喂养的影响。方法选取我院2017年1月至2018年10月收治的早产儿100例为研究对象,按数字奇偶法将其等分为对照组和试验组,对照组给予常规方法喂养,试验组采用初乳口腔免疫治疗联合口腔吞咽训练。观察两组早产儿过渡时间、完全经口喂养胎龄、体质量增长情况及喂养并发症发生情况。结果试验组早产儿完全经口喂养胎龄、过渡时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),完全经口喂养体质量高于对照组(P<0.05),喂养并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早产儿应用初乳口腔免疫治疗联合口腔吞咽训练,可加快完全经口喂养进程,改善其营养状态,降低喂养并发症,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of colostrum oral immunotherapy combined with oral swallowing training on oral feeding of premature infants.Methods To select 100 cases of premature infants admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 as a study object.They were divided into control group and experimental group averagely according to the numerical parity method.The control group was fed with conventional feeding methods.The experimental group was used colostrum oral immunotherapy combined with oral swallowing training.The transition time of the premature infants, the total gestational age of complete oral feeding, the growth of body mass and the incidence of feeding complications were observed in the two groups.Results The gestational age of complete oral feeding and transition time of the premature infants in the experimental group was shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The body mass of the complete oral feeding was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of feeding complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of colostrum oral immunotherapy combined with oral swallowing training in premature infants could speed up the process of complete oral feeding, improve their nutritional status and reduce feeding complications,which was worthy of promotion and application.
