持续质量改进在手术室单侧全髋关节置换术护理中的应用

Application of continuous quality improvement in the nursing of patients with unilateral total hip arthroplasty in operating room

目的探讨持续质量改进在手术室单侧全髋关节置换术患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月至2017年3月于我院行单侧全髋关节置换术治疗的股骨颈骨折患者40例作为对照组,采用常规护理;选取2017年4月至2018年3月于我院就诊并行单侧全髋关节置换术治疗的股骨颈骨折患者40例为试验组,采用持续质量改进。比较两组护理质量、护理差错发生率。结果试验组护理质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理差错发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论持续护理质量改进在手术室单侧全髋关节置换术护理中的应用,可实现对护理质量的持续改进,减少护理差错的发生,为手术效果提供保障。

Objective To explore the application of continuous quality improvement in the nursing of patients with unilateral total hip arthroplasty in operating room.Methods To select 40 cases of patients with femoral neck fractures treated with unilateral total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 as the control group, and routine nursing was used.The 40 cases of another patients with femoral neck fracture treated with unilateral total hip arthroplasty were selected as the experimental group with continuous quality improvement from April 2017 to March 2018.The quality of nursing and the incidence of nursing errors between the two groups were compared.Results The score of nursing quality in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing errors in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant( P >0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous quality improvement in the treatment of unilateral total hip arthroplasty in the operating room could achieve continuous improvement of the quality of nursing, reduce the occurrence of nursing errors, and provide guarantee for the surgical results.
