家庭在预防未成年人犯罪中的主要功能与责任——以X市一起涉罪未成年人故意伤害案为例

The Main Function and Responsibility of Family in Preventing Juvenile Crime——Taking an Intentional Injury of a Minor Involved in Crime Case in X City as an Example

司法社会工作者对五名涉案未成年人及其家庭进行实地访谈调查后,对于校园暴力打架斗殴下涉嫌故意伤害罪的五名涉案未成年人及其家庭进行性格、习惯、人际交往、家庭等比较分析,发现存在家庭结构不完整、家庭关系紧张、家庭教育缺失等方面的问题。因此,需要建立良好的家庭环境,有效发挥家庭功能,规范父母教养方式;确保家庭具有回归支持能力,协调家庭系统及家庭关系,发挥家庭在未成年人犯罪预防中的主要功能与责任,有效预防和降低未成年人案件发生,促进未成年人健康成长。

Justice social workers conducted on-site interview investigation for five minors who involved in school violence fighting and crime of intentional injury, made comparative analysis of their characters, habits, interpersonal communication and family, and drew the conclusion that problems such as incomplete family structure, family tension and lack of family education do exist in these families. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a good family environment, optimize the family function, standardize parents teaching, and ensure the returning and supporting ability, coordinate the family system, bring family into full play in juvenile crime prevention, so as to effectively prevent and reduce juvenile crime cases and promote the healthy growth of minors.
