浅析列宁“灌输论”在新时代高校思想政治教育中的运用

A Brief Analysis on the Application of Lenin’s "Indoctrination Theory" in College Ideological and Political Education in the New Era

列宁“灌输论”是马克思主义理论体系的重要内容,也是进行思想政治教育的重要方法。新形势下,坚持和加强灌输理论是十分必要和迫切的。要促进高校思想政治教育的发展,必须牢固树立以学生为本的思想政治教育理念、不断提升思想政治教育主体的基本素质、灵活运用灌输教育的方式方法,从而提高思想政治教育的实效性。

Lenin’s “Indoctrination Theory” is the important content of Marxist theoretical system as well as the important method for ideological and political education. Under the new situation, it is imperative to stick to and strengthen the indoctrination theory. To promote the development of college ideological and political education, it is necessary to firmly establish the student-oriented education, constantly improve the basic quality of subject in education, and flexibly use the methods of indoctrination education, so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
