Construction of PICC Risk Management system for patients with malignant tumor

[目的]构建恶性肿瘤病人经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)风险管理体系,为《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》的有效落实和恶性肿瘤病人PICC全程、全面管理及维护策略的制定提供依据。[方法]应用德尔菲法选取20位PICC置管及维护专家,进行两轮专家函询,统计分析每轮函询专家的意见。[结果]两轮函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%;专家权威系数为0.97;肯德尔协调系数为0.273和0.289;变异系数≤0.25;形成一级指标9项、二级指标73项的恶性肿瘤病人PICC风险管理指标体系。[结论]构建的PICC风险管理体系科学、可靠,可为恶性肿瘤病人PICC全程、全面管理及维护策略的制定提供依据。

Objective:To construct a risk management system for peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)in patients with malignant tumors,to provide evidence for effective implementation of the"Code of Practice for Intravenous Nursing Care Technology"and to develop a full ‐ scale,comprehensive management and maintenance strategy for patients with malignant tumors. Methods:The Delphi method was used to select 20 PICC placement and maintenance experts,and two rounds of expert consultations were conducted. Experts ′opinions of each round of consultations were statistically analyzed. Results:The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of inquiry volume were both 100%;the expert authority coefficient was 0. 97;the Kendall coordination coefficient was 0. 273 and 0. 289;the coefficient of variation was≤0. 25. The constructed PICC risk management indicator system for patients with malignant tumors included 9 first ‐ level indexes and 73 second ‐ level indexes. Conclusions:The constructed PICC risk management system was scientific and reliable,which could provide a basis for the development of PICC rish managerment system characted by a full-scale,comprehensive management,and maintenance strategies among patients with malignant tumors.
