沂源县新型城镇化发展战略分析

Development strategy analysis of new urbanization in Yiyuan county

基于沂源县城镇化发展的现状,总结出沂源县现阶段城镇化进程落后于工业化进程、城镇化发展水平不平衡和城镇间融合发展速度较慢三个典型特征。在阐述新型城镇化涵义的基础上,利用SWOT分析法,系统分析了沂源县新型城镇化的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战,确定了沂源县新型城镇化发展的“一核、两圈、三带”的战略空间布局和城镇体系结构,形成了新型城镇化发展的五大战略模式。该研究可为县域新型城镇化发展提供思路与参考。

Based on the current status of urbanization of Yiyuan county, the paper elaborates three char acteristics which are slower urbanization process than industrialization process, disequilibrium urbanization and slow integrative development among towns. Based on the meaning of new urbanization, the paper uses the SWOT method to systematically analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the new urbanization in Yiyuan county. Finally, the paper presents ' one core, two groups and three belts' spatial structure of town organization and conceives five strategic models of new urbanization in Yiyuan county. The paper will be helpful for the research on new urbanization of counties in China.
