尿毒清颗粒联合黄葵胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病90例临床观察

Clinical observation on 90 cases of diabetic nephropathy treated by Niaoduqing granule and Huangkui capsule

目的观察尿毒清颗粒联合黄葵胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法 180例糖尿病肾病患者,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组90例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上加用尿毒清颗粒联合黄葵胶囊治疗。比较两组患者疗效,治疗前后实验室指标水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组患者总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的67.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者总胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、24 h尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者CHO、TG、24 h尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白、BUN、SCr水平均较本组治疗前改善,且治疗组改善程度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者不良反应发生率为6.7%,低于对照组的16.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重不良反应,均未经治疗恢复。结论尿毒清颗粒联合黄葵胶囊可有效治疗糖尿病肾病,能够有效控制患者症状,改善肾功能衰竭,安全性较高。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of diabetic nephropathy treated by Niaoduqing granule and Huangkui capsule. Methods A total of 180 diabetic nephropathy patients were divided by random number table method into treatment group and control group, with 90 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy, and the treatment group received Niaoduqing granule and Huangkui capsule on the basis of the control group. The efficacy, levels of laboratory incidactors before and after treatment and occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups was compared. Results The treatment group had higher total effective rate as 93.3% than 67.8% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in total cholesterol(CHO), triglyceride(TG), 24 h urinary protein quantification, serum albumin, blood urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatinine(SCr) levels in two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, both groups had improved CHO, TG, 24 h urinary protein quantification, serum albumin, BUN and SCr than those before treatment, and the treatment group had better improvement degree than that of the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The treatment group had lower incidence of adverse reactions as 6.7% than 16.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in either group, and all were recovered without treatment. Conclusion Niaoduqing granule combined with Huangkui capsule is effective in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy, and it can effectively control the symptom of patients and improve their renal failure with high safety.
