叶氏愈胃汤治疗功能性消化不良效果评价

Evaluation on effect of Yeshi Yuwei decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia

目的评价叶氏愈胃汤治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床效果。方法 120例FD患者,采用随机双盲法分为治疗组和对照组,各60例。对照组患者应用常规西药治疗,治疗组患者应用叶氏愈胃汤治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后症状积分及临床效果。结果治疗前,两组患者餐后饱胀、早饱感、上腹痛、灼烧感症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者餐后饱胀、早饱感、上腹痛、灼烧感症状积分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的85.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=4.904, P<0.05)。结论叶氏愈胃汤治疗FD临床效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Yeshi Yuwei decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods A total of 120 FD patients were divided by random double blind method into treatment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional Western medicine for treatment, and the treatment group received Yeshi Yuwei decoction for treatment. The symptom integral before and after treatment and clinical effect between the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in symptom scores of postprandial fullness, early fullness, epigastric pain and burning sensation between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the treatment group had obviously lower symptom scores of postprandial fullness, early fullness, epigastric pain and burning sensation than those of the control group, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The treatment group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 96.67% than 85.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.904, P<0.05). Conclusion Yeshi Yuwei decoction shows remarkable clinical effect in treating FD, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
