摘要
针对复杂人机系统稳定性差、多工艺产品生产主体分配不合理、人机协同方式选择不合理、机器与人员等资源利用率低等问题,根据人机协同的定义,对人和机器的特点、功能等进行了分析,得到人和机器分别适合做的工作。在此基础上,提出了基于定性分析的任务初次分配规则、生产能力水平概念、人机协同任务再次分配规则和基于目标约束的方案比较规则。在定性分析后选择实际的案例进行验证,比较任务完成时间、完成成本、机器利用率、人员利用率4个指标,证明了该规则的有效性。
In the view of poor stability of complex human-machine systems,unreasonable distribution of production entitied for multi-process products,unreasonable selection of human-machine synergy and low utilization of resources such as machines and personnel.This paper analyzed the characteristics and functions of people and machines according to the definition of human-machine collaboration,then got the work that was suitable for people and machines respectively and proposed initial allocation rules for tasks based on qualitative analysis.In the meanwhile,this paper proposed a concept of production capacity level and got redistribution rule of man-machine collaboration task based on this concept.Finally,this paper proposed a target-based scheme comparison rule,and through analyzing a real case,compared the four indicators of task completion time,task completion cost,machine utilization,and people utilization to prove the validity of this rule.
