“国家在场”视域下中国排舞运动的问题与对策

State Presence with Problem and Solutions of Line Dance in China

国家、政府在中国排舞运动的发展中起着主导作用,具体反映在国家文本符号在场、国家权力机构的在场、国家政治意志的在场和国家传统文化的在场上。在“国家在场”视域下,中国排舞运动存在着缺乏顶层设计、法规保障、经费来源,自身建设不足,开展地域不平衡和参与对象较局限等问题。排舞运动的进一步发展,应在正确理解和运用“国家”与“社会”的互动作用下,强化顶层设计,拓宽经费渠道,完善组织体系建设。

State and government play a leading role in the development of line dances in China, as is reflected in the presence of the state symbol, authority, political will and the national traditional culture. From the perspective of the state presence, the Chinese line dance does not have top-level design, or legal guarantee, or stable funding, or sound self-construction, or balanced geographical involvement or sufficient mass participation. Development of line dance lies with improved top-level design, more channels to secure funding and enhanced organizational structure under the secured interaction between the state/government and the society/public.
