电力系统应对极端事件的新挑战与未来研究展望 被引量:29

New Challenges and Future Research Prospects in Power System Against to Extreme Events

摘要 自然灾害和人为攻击等极端事件威胁电力系统的安全稳定运行,受到广泛关注,提升电力系统极端事件下的快速恢复能力,构建弹性电力系统逐渐成为世界各国的共识。近期,委内瑞拉大停电使得电力安全问题上升到新的高度,同时在能源转型和电力发展的新形势下,电力系统应对极端事件又将面临一系列新的挑战。介绍了极端事件与弹性电力系统的概念及相关研究现状,概述了一些自然灾害和人为攻击导致的大停电事件,并分析了弹性电力系统应对极端事件面临的新挑战,最后对弹性电力系统未来研究方向进行了展望。 Extreme events such as natural disasters and man-made attacks threaten the safe and stable operation of power system.How to improve the recovery ability of power system under extreme events becomes a crucial issue among various countries in the world.Recently,the blackout happened in Venezuela has taken the concern of power security to a new level,in the new situation of energy transformation and electric power development,the new challenges of power system development under the extreme events are taken into consideration.In this paper,the definition and research situation of the extreme events&resilient power system are introduced.Then,several extreme events including natural disasters and man-made attacks are introduced,and the new challenges of power system under extreme events are analyzed.Finally,the future research prospects on resilient power system are discussed.
