人工智能安全的概念、分类及研究现状综述(一)

Overview of Concept,Classification & Study Status of Artificial Intelligence Security(Ⅰ)

人工智能技术的进步和发展使其广泛应用在多个领域,智能电网即是人工智能应用的重要领域之一。随着人工智能技术的发展,人工智能安全问题逐渐凸显。人工智能安全包含2个层面的含义:一是基于人工智能的信息安全,用人工智能支撑安全,助力信息安全防御;二是人工智能自身的安全问题,人工智能自身存在着安全脆弱性。对于前者已有一些论述完备的综述性文献,而后者综述性文献较少。针对人工智能自身安全问题,从模型安全和数据安全及隐私2个方面,对当前攻防研究进展进行归纳、小结,并对智能电网应用中所面临的人工智能安全问题加以分析和展望。

The progress and development of artificial intelligence technology has made it widely used in many fields.Smart grid is one of the important fields of artificial intelligence application.With the development of artificial intelligence technology,the security of artificial intelligence has become increasingly prominent.Artificial intelligence security includes two main meanings.The first one is artificial intelligence based information security by utilizing artificial intelligence to support security and information security defense.The other one is security of artificial intelligence itself due to its vulnerability.The former has some well-reviewed literatures,while the latter has fewer reviews.Aiming at the security of artificial intelligence,this paper summarizes the current research progress of attacks and defense techniques from the aspects of model security and data security,and analyzes and forecasts the artificial intelligence security problems faced in smart grid applications.
