Objective To investigate the clinical effects of individualized nursing in patients with hernia surgery. Methods A total of 110 patients with hernia who underwent elective surgery in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled. According to the principle of randomized control, they were divided into two groups, with 55 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing. The observation group carried out the individual on this basis. The nursing status, the postoperative recovery, the postoperative complications, and the changes in the comfort score and pain score before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the first anal exhaust time, the first time of postoperative operation, the first postoperative time, and the postoperative hospital stay were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The comfort scores and VAS scores of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing can effectively shorten the postoperative recovery time, improve comfort, reduce pain and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with hernia surgery, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
