负压封闭引流技术联合深部冲洗治疗深层软组织感染的展望

Prospect of vacuum sealing drainage combined with deep irrigation for deep soft tissue infection

负压封闭引流(VSD)技术最初于1994年被裘华德教授从德国引进中国,在当时该技术仅应用于治疗开放性骨折和软组织的损伤。随着医疗水平和人民生活水平的不断提高,负压封闭引流技术不断地优化改进,现已广泛应用于骨外科、普外科、妇产科、周围血管科、烧伤科等多个临床科室中,并已取得了良好的效果。但对于一些深层感染较严重的病例,单一负压封闭引流技术的治疗效果不尽如人意,因此我们在应用单一负压封闭引流技术的基础上,联合深部冲洗来治疗深层创面感染,以此不仅减轻患者的痛苦、降低临床物资损耗,而且为患者减少住院费用、缩短住院的时间。本文通过对负压封闭引流技术联合深部冲洗治疗深层创面感染的临床治疗的展望,为临床提供更经济、有效的深部软组织感染的治疗方式。

The vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) technique was first introduced to China from Germany by Professor QIU Huade in 1994. At that time, the technique was only used to treat open fractures and soft tissue injuries. With the continuous improvement of medical level and people's living standards, vacuum sealing drainage technology has been continuously optimized and improved, and has been widely used in many clinical departments such as department of orthopedics, department of general surgery, department of obstetrics and gynecology, department of peripheral vascular department, and department of burn. And it has achieved good results. However, for some cases with deep infections, the treatment effect of single vacuum sealing drainage is not satisfactory. Therefore, we use deep irrigation to treat deep wound infections based on a single vacuum sealing drainage technique. This not only reduces the patient's pain, reduces clinical material loss, but also reduces hospitalization costs and shortens hospitalization time for patients.In this paper, the prospect of clinical treatment of deep wound infection by vacuum sealing drainage combined with deep irrigation is used to provide a more economical and effective treatment for deep soft tissue infection.
