品管圈实践对提高学龄前儿童核磁共振检查成功率的影响

Effect of quality control circle practice on improving the success rate of MRI in preschool children

目的探讨品管圈对提高学龄前儿童核磁共振检查成功率的作用。方法成立品管圈活动小组,确立活动主题,选取 2017年5月在我院儿童神经内科需做核磁共振检查的学龄前儿童共76例作为对照组,开展品管圈活动现状调查,调查核磁共振检查成功率情况,分析发生的原因,设立目标及制定整改措施。选取2017年9月在我院儿童神经内科做核磁共振检查的学龄前儿童共67例作为实验组,品管圈活动后进行效果确认。比较两组核磁共振检查的成功率情况。结果对照组学龄前儿童核磁共振检查成功率为 68.42%,实验组核磁共振检查成功率为88.06%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展品管圈提高了学龄前儿童核磁共振检查成功率,促进护理质量持续改进。

Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle on improving the success rate of MRI in preschool children. Method A quality control circle activity group was formed, and the theme of the activity was established. A total of 76 preschool children who were in need of MRI in the department of pediatric neurology in our hospital in May 2017 were selected as the control group. A survey on the status of quality control circle was carried out to investigate the success rate of MRI, analyze the causes, set goals and formulate corrective measures. A total of 67 preschool children who underwent MRI in the department of pediatric neurology in our hospital in September 2017 were selected as the experimental group. The effect was confirmed after the quality control circle. The success rate of MRI examinations was compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of MRI in preschool children in the control group was 68.42%, and the success rate of MRI in the experimental group was 88.06%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The development of quality control circle has improved the success rate of MRI in preschool children and promoted the continuous improvement of nursing quality.
