综合性护理干预对老年慢性心力衰竭患者服药依从性及生活质量的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on medication compliance and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨综合性护理干预对老年慢性心力衰竭患者服药依从性及生活质量的影响。方法将60例老年慢性心力衰竭患者按照随机数字表法随机分为干预组与对照组,对照组采取常规对症护理,干预组采取综合性护理,对比两组患者治疗后的服药依从性、生活质量各项评分治疗前后的变化情况。结果干预后,干预组1例患者拒绝服药,其服药依从率达96.67%,显著高于对照组的70.00%,两组服药依从率比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者生活质量的各项评分明显改善,其中干预组患者的体力限制、社会限制及情绪、症状评分分别较治疗前显著降低,且显著低于对照组,组间比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对老年慢性心力衰竭患者在积极对症治疗的同时配合综合性护理干预措施,有利于提高患者的服药依从性,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on medication compliance and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 60 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into intervention group and control group according to random number table method. The control group was given regular symptomatic care, and the intervention group was given comprehensive care. The medication compliance after treatment and the changes in the quality of life scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, one patient in the intervention group refused to take medicine, and the medication compliance rate was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than that of 70.00% in the control group. The differences in the medication compliance rates between the two groups were statistically significantly(P<0.05). After the intervention, the scores of quality of life in the two groups were significantly improved. The physical limitation, social restriction, and emotional and symptom scores in the intervention group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and significantly lower than those in the control group. The differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Active symptomatic treatment combined with comprehensive nursing interventions for the elderly patients with chronic heart failure is conducive to improving patients' medication compliance and improving patients' quality of life.
