优质护理在消化性溃疡致上消化道出血患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the effect of high quality nursing on patients with upper diges-tive tract hemorrhage caused by peptic ulcer

目的探讨优质护理在消化性溃疡致上消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法收集2015年3月~2018年3月本院进行治疗的116例消化性溃疡所致上消化道出血患者作为本次研究对象,随机分为两组,各58例。对照组予常规护理措施,研究组在常规护理措施的基础上予优质护理措施。比较两组不良情绪、生活质量、护理满意度。结果干预后两组SAS、SDS均明显低于干预前(P<0.05);干预后研究组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组干预后生活质量量表中躯体、角色、情绪、认知、社会各维度得分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总满意度为96.6%,高于对照组(81.0%)(P<0.05)。结论消化性溃疡致上消化道出血患者实施优质护理效果显著,可有效减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,提升患者的生活质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing on patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage caused by peptic ulcer. Methods 116 patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage caused by peptic ulcer who were treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, each of 58 cases. The control group was treated with routine nursing measures. The study group was given high quality nursing measures based on routine nursing measures. The bad mood, quality of life, and satisfaction with nursing of two groups were compared. Results The SAS and SDS of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The score for each dimension of body, role, emotion, cognition and society and total scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.05). The total satisfaction of the study group was 96.6%, which was higher than that(81.0%) of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing in patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage caused by peptic ulcer has significant effects, which can effectively alleviate patients' anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, improve patients' quality of life and improve nursing satisfaction.
